What drives the price of a website?
The first factor is what the site has to do. A site that presents you, with services, a portfolio and contact details, is the simplest. Once you add a cart, online payments, delivery zones or bookings, you get new screens, an admin panel and business rules, so the work grows.
The second is how many pages and languages it has. The third is integrations: an ERP, a POS, delivery apps or an invoicing system. The fourth is content: if you already have copy, photos and a logo, the project moves faster than if everything has to be created from scratch.
What does a website cost at ZED-ZEN?
We have three tiers, all one-off payments. The prices are starting points: the final quote comes once we know exactly what the site needs to do.
- Presentation website, from 1,500 RON: 5–8 pages, digital menu or catalogue, basic SEO, GDPR, first year of hosting included.
- Website with online ordering, from 2,200 RON: 10–15 pages, cart, online payments, delivery zones, admin panel.
- Premium platform, from 3,000 RON: 15–35 pages, several roles, ERP or delivery-app integration, loyalty, blog.
- Branding separately if you need it: from 500 RON for a logo and kit.
What costs come after launch?
A website doesn't end at launch. The domain is paid yearly to the registrar, and it should be registered in your company's name. With us, hosting is included for the first year; after that, maintenance plans start from 100 RON a month and cover hosting, monitoring, updates and small changes.
If the site takes online payments, the payment processor charges a fee per transaction, under your own contract with them. Ask up front who pays for each of these costs, so there are no surprises a year later.
What should a website quote include?
A good quote states clearly how many pages and which features you get, who owns the domain and the code, what hosting includes and for how long, what maintenance costs afterwards, how long delivery takes and what you need to send. Also ask to see live sites built by the same team, not just screenshots.
