Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to publish an app on the App Store?
The slowest part is usually the paperwork: getting a D-U-N-S number and having your company verified for the developer accounts can take several business days. Apple's and Google's reviews typically take from a day to a few days, and either may ask for changes. We handle the whole route, as we did for Ciorbe și Plăcinte.
What is a D-U-N-S number and why do I need one for my app?
A D-U-N-S number is a unique company identifier issued by Dun & Bradstreet. Apple requires it to open a developer account in an organisation's name, and Google asks for it for organisation accounts too. With it, your app is listed under your company's name rather than a person's. Getting one is free.
How much does a restaurant mobile app cost?
An iOS + Android mobile app starts from 1,500 RON for a menu, locations, accounts and store publishing. With offers and push notifications it starts from 2,200 RON, and a full loyalty ecosystem with QR redemption like Ciorbe și Plăcinte from 3,000 RON. On top of that, Apple charges a 99 USD yearly developer fee and Google a one-off 25 USD registration fee, paid directly to them.
Do you build for iOS and Android at the same time?
Yes. We use Flutter, so we write one app that runs on both iPhone and Android. That is quicker and cheaper than two separate apps, and every update reaches both platforms at once. It's how we built the Ciorbe și Plăcinte app, with its loyalty card, offers, menu and a mini-game.
Do you work outside hospitality?
Yes. Floteris is our platform for transport companies, covering fleets, trips, documents and cost per vehicle. Lista is a shopping-list app with price comparison across supermarkets. We also built the B2B shop for SOUP ART. Hospitality is where we started, but the same architecture works in retail, transport and services.
Can you integrate with the systems I already use?
Yes. We have working integrations with Romanian ERPs, with the Glovo, Bolt Food, Wolt and Tazz delivery apps, with fiscal cash registers, with WhatsApp and with payment providers. If your system has an API, we can connect to it and bring your data into one place.
