What is an AI agent for a business?
An AI agent is an assistant that answers questions or carries out tasks using your company's own data: sales, stock, orders, reviews. Unlike a generic chatbot, it answers from your real numbers rather than from whatever it finds online. You can use it on WhatsApp, on the web, or straight from Claude and ChatGPT.
What is an MCP connector?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT connect to an app and read its data. HoReCaOS has an MCP connector: a manager asks “how much did we sell on delivery yesterday?” and gets the answer from the restaurant's own data, limited to what their account is allowed to see.
How much does an AI automation cost?
A simple automation with one flow (a bot, a scraper or a report) starts from 800 RON, including setup, testing and documentation. An AI agent on WhatsApp or the web, grounded in your data, starts from 1,500 RON with monitoring included. Integrations across several systems are quoted on request.
Can AI reply to my restaurant's reviews?
Yes. We build tools that draft review replies based on the review itself and your brand's tone, and a person checks them before they go out. This exists inside HoReCaOS for delivery-app reviews, and as an open-source Chrome extension for Google reviews. A human decides; the AI writes the draft.
What can be automated on WhatsApp?
Taking incoming messages and turning them into actions. A menu sent over WhatsApp can automatically become a branded image published on Facebook and WhatsApp, which is what we do for Meniul Zilei. You can also automate daily reports, answers to common questions, or an AI agent that replies using your company's data.
Is my company data safe when you use AI?
Agents only read the data they are explicitly given access to, with the permissions of the account using them. We host on our own dedicated server with daily database backups, and on some projects clients bring their own AI keys and pay the provider directly. We agree up front which data goes to the model and which doesn't.
