Frequently asked questions
How much does a restaurant website cost?
At ZED-ZEN, a presentation website with a digital menu starts from 1,500 RON as a one-off payment, with SEO, GDPR basics and the first year of hosting included. A site with online ordering, cart, payments and an admin panel starts from 2,200 RON. The Premium platform, with multiple roles, loyalty and ERP or delivery-app integration, starts from 3,000 RON.
How much do a logo and a brandbook cost?
Branding starts from 500 RON: our Logo & Kit package covers logo variants, a colour palette, typography, app icons and social media assets. The full brandbook, from 1,000 RON, adds usage rules, layouts, stationery and print-ready specs. Brand + campaign, with posters and a press kit, starts from 1,500 RON.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects go from signed contract to launch in 1–2 weeks. We move quickly because we start from an architecture we have already used on other projects rather than from scratch. The real timeline also depends on how fast we get your copy, photos and menu.
Can I update the menu and prices on my website myself?
Yes. The online ordering packages include an admin panel where you change products, prices, photos and events without a developer. At Terasa Florilor, the restaurant's own team edits the menu, events, coupons and users. For a presentation site, we either show you how to make changes or handle them as part of maintenance.
Why take orders on my own website if I'm already on Glovo?
Because orders on your own site carry no aggregator commission, and the customer stays yours: you have their details and can send them offers. Delivery apps bring you new customers; your own site keeps the ones who come back. The two work well together, as long as each channel is priced on its own terms.
How do you make your brandbooks?
We use an AI-assisted design pipeline to generate and test identity directions quickly, then refine everything by hand: logo, colours, typography, layouts and usage rules. That is how we made brandbooks for HoReCaOS, Armonia Academy, România Transparentă, Visit Ardeal, Bilbor Offroad Fest and Lunch Dealzz, among others.
