What kind of apps do we build?
We build apps that replace spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and manual work inside a business. Floteris tracks the fleet, trips, documents and cost per vehicle for transport companies. The company registry brings together ANAF and ONRC data for about 3.9 million Romanian companies. For Graziano’s Pizza Ape we built an ordering kiosk, a kitchen display and an admin panel on one database. For Ciorbe și Plăcinte, a mobile app published in both stores.
How we work, from idea to app
We start from the business problem, not the technology: what is being lost today, who will use the app and what decision it needs to support. Then design, development, publishing and hosting all happen within the same team. Because we reuse the same architecture from project to project, with Next.js, Flutter and Supabase, we never start from zero, and simpler websites and web apps can ship in 1–2 weeks.
Where does your app run?
The apps we build run on our own infrastructure: a dedicated Hetzner server, Coolify for deployments, running 28 apps, self-hosted Supabase with 16 databases and daily backups, and Cloudflare in front. For you, that means no separate hosting platform bill for every project and a single point of contact when something needs to change.
AI and integrations, where they actually help
Many apps only become useful once they talk to other systems. HoReCaOS reads invoices from e-Factura and has an MCP connector that lets Claude or ChatGPT read its data. Meniul Zilei takes a menu sent over WhatsApp, turns it into an image and publishes it automatically. Simple automations start from 800 RON, and AI agents grounded in your data from 1,500 RON.

Do you build iOS and Android apps?
Yes, with Flutter, from a single codebase. For Ciorbe și Plăcinte we handled the whole process: DUNS, the company's developer accounts, design, development, the store listing, review and publishing on Google Play and the App Store.
Do you work outside hospitality?
Yes. Floteris is for transport companies, the company registry is for anyone who needs company data, and Lista is a shopping list app with price comparison. We have also built civic projects such as Spitale transparente.
Who maintains the app after launch?
We do, if you want us to. The app runs on our infrastructure, and optional maintenance plans start from 100 RON a month, covering hosting, monitoring, updates and small changes. You talk directly to the people who built it.
Where is ZED-ZEN based?
In Bucharest. ZED-ZEN is a brand of FORTITUDO VINCIT SRL, tax ID 43990858. We also work with clients outside the city: Graziano’s Pizza Ape is in Germany, and Visit Ardeal and Bilbor Offroad Fest are in Transylvania.
