Yes. HoReCaOS sends receipts to the fiscal printer through a bridge that runs locally in the restaurant. It is configured per location, since each one can have a different device.

Supplier invoices arrive through e-Factura, Romania's e-invoicing system, and enter stock through a goods receipt. HoReCaOS links invoice lines to recipe ingredients, so each dish's food cost updates from real purchase prices, not estimates.
What does the MCP connector do?
MCP is a protocol that lets AI assistants read data from other systems. With the HoReCaOS connector you can ask Claude or ChatGPT how much you sold yesterday or what is running low, and the answer comes from your restaurant's own data.
