What should a restaurant website include?
Most people open a restaurant's website on their phone with a simple question: what do they serve, how much is it, when are they open and how do I book. The site has to answer in seconds. That means a menu that reads well on mobile, not a PDF, visible opening hours and address, a booking button and, if you deliver, an order button.
Everything else, such as events, a gallery, a blog or a newsletter, comes after that. We start from what your guests are looking for, not from what looks good in a pitch deck. Our sites are built mobile-first, and the starter package includes SEO and GDPR, so people can find your restaurant on Google.
How much does a restaurant website cost?
The Starter package starts from 1,500 RON: 5 to 8 pages, a digital menu, contact and phone ordering, SEO and GDPR, plus the first year of hosting. The Online Ordering package, from 2,200 RON, adds a cart, checkout, online payments, delivery zones and an admin panel for products and orders. Premium, from 3,000 RON, adds multiple roles, ERP or aggregator integration, loyalty, coupons, a blog and events.
Examples: Terasa Florilor and Graziano’s Pizza Ape
At Terasa Florilor in Bucharest, the menu and events changed every week, and the old site needed a developer for every edit. The new site has a menu, events, bookings, online orders with loyalty points and an admin panel the restaurant's own team uses. For Graziano’s Pizza Ape, a mobile pizzeria in Germany, we built a German-language site, bookings, an ordering kiosk and a kitchen display.
Why does your own online ordering matter?
On aggregators you pay a commission on every order, including customers who already know you and would order from you anyway. Your own ordering site does not replace delivery platforms, which bring you new customers. It gives your loyal customers a direct route instead, at your price, with your data and your loyalty program, with no middleman.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a restaurant website take?
We deliver websites in 1–2 weeks. We move fast because we start from an architecture we have already used, not from scratch. The real timeline also depends on how quickly we get your menu, photos and copy.
Can I edit the menu and prices myself?
Yes. The online ordering packages include an admin panel for products and orders. At Terasa Florilor, the restaurant's team edits products, events, photos, coupons and users without having to call us.
Where is the website hosted?
On our own infrastructure: a dedicated Hetzner server managed with Coolify, self-hosted Supabase databases with daily backups, and Cloudflare in front. The Starter package includes the first year of hosting.
Can you also make a QR code menu?
Yes. A digital menu is included in every website package. We also have a QR and NFC menu that shows dishes in augmented reality, used at Terasa Florilor on meniu.terasaflorilor.ro.
Do you build websites in other languages?
Yes. For Graziano’s Pizza Ape in Germany, the site is in German. We have also built multilingual sites, for example Spitale transparente, in Romanian, English and Hungarian.
